but that just about my dream..

what i'm gonna share for today's entry is

the office automation systems

aka OASs

for which i'm depending on their textbook,

this system is about the system that normally 

designed to support data workers.

so, we can said that it is focus mainly on

managing documents,

communicating, and

scheduling.

i believe you guys know already how to

manage documents right..?

alah..!

the one that use word processing,

Web authoring, desktop publishing & etc.

 so, what about scheduling?

well! i'm  going to show off now..

hehe..

PROJECT MANAGERS

computer have play too much effort in my life.

the only thing i know is,

can u believe when INFORMATION

can even flow across the entire organization.

either externally, horizontally or even vertically..

let me give an example.

let's say my mother is a boss.

of course she needs all the commitment from

all the employees..

means, all the information need to go through many level..

from operational level to supervisors level

to middle management and to the top management.

might be the flow move downwards..

owh!! too many ways it can flow..

huhu..

for which from now on, i realized

that all organizations have computer-based

information systems

really helps in making the information flow

really smoothly..

we can easily tracks routine operations and

records events in database

MIS?

i've told already in previous entry..hah! you

don't read..hehe..kantoi

DSS?

analyzes unanticipated situations using data and

using the decision models( strategic, tactical, operational)

ESS?

presents info to top management in a nice way..

(huhu..my mother need to watch this presentation)
